Got a driver’s license or a phone number? Great! We’ll use either of these forms of identification to create your HM Loyalty membership and get you started on saving!

No cards or key tags to fool with – once you’re signed up for the program, just give us your license or phone number at check out and we’ll make sure you get your points.


For every dollar that you spend in Herban Marketplace you will accrue points. These points can then be redeemed for store credit! “Cash” in your points whenever you like (as long as you’ve accrued the minimum number of points) or hold onto to them because there’s no expiration date! You may use your point towards purchasing any item(s) in store including produce, bulk items, health and beauty products – whatever you’d like!


If you would like to donate your points then we have set up a monthly giving plan for three local charities:
  • Lowcountry Habitat for Humanity
  • Palmetto Animal League
  • American Red Cross
Just tell us that you’d like to donate your points and we’ll transfer them to one of the above charities. At the end of every month, checks in the amount that reflects the donation accumulated for each organization will be sent directly to them. Giving back to the community was never so easy!
